Who we are

Fanlight Studio is the controller for the contact form on this site. We are based in Wickersley, South Yorkshire. Write to us at hello@fanlight.studio.

What we collect

If you use the form, we collect the fields you fill in:

• your name
• your agency or company
• your email address
• your phone number, if you give one
• what you need
• a listing link or a drawings link, if you give one
• your message, if you write one

The form also has a hidden field that people do not fill in. It is there to catch automated spam.

Why we collect it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and to quote for a film or a dollhouse. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for a mailing list.

Lawful basis

The lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering a business enquiry that you sent us, and keeping a record of that conversation long enough to do the work.

Where it is stored, and for how long

Enquiries are received by our form provider, Formspree, which stores them on our behalf. We keep them for 12 months, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the details we hold about you
• correct them
• delete them
• restrict how we use them
• object to our use of them

Email hello@fanlight.studio. We may need to confirm it is you before we act.

How to complain

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator for personal data. The ICO’s site is ico.org.uk, and the office is at Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
